To delineate special rules for Government Bills
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED, as follows:
§1 - Amendment
The following shall be added as clauses (9) and (10) of Section Two (§2 - House of Representatives) of the Government Establishment Act:
9. A government bill is any bill authored by the Prime Minister of Banduria, or by any minister of the Cabinet of Banduria that receives the assent of the Prime Minister.
10. Government bills shall only require the sponsor of the Prime Minister of Banduria in order to be considered for debate in the House of Representatives. If the Prime Minister is the author, then the bill shall require the sponsor of at least one minister of the Cabinet.
