National Youth Service Act

This Act intends to establish the National Youth Service League.

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED, as follows:

§1 - National Youth League

Establishes the National Youth League of Banduria
National Youth League of Banduria will provide training for:
1. Outdoor recreational activities
2. Long and short duration outdoor survival
3. Safe outdoor practices
4. Outdoor exercise
5. Community engaging skills
6. Instilling national pride and respect
7. Comprehensive education in the history of Banduria
National Youth League will be available for all Bandurian citizens so long as they are between the ages of 7 and 17
The National Director of the National Youth League will be appointed by the Executive, while the National Treasurer and National Convener will be appointed by the National Director.
National Youth League will establish a branch for every population of 20,000 individuals
National Youth League will be funded by the Executive branch of government
National Youth League requires all branches to conduct semi-annual camps for its participants that will cover the seven main teaching principles laid out in section 1.2:
1. Outdoor Survival and Recreation Camp
2. Historical and Civic Community Relationship Camp

8. National Director of the National Youth League has the power to cancel these camps if necessary, or they can be directly closed by the Executive
